Good Flame Artifact early in the game - Guild Wars Forums

I remember that I once got this flame artifact from a collector:

+30 life
+10 energy
+1 fire skill (20%)

but I forget who it was and where. could anyone fill me in?

Also, is there a better version of this? Like +12 instead of 10?

I believe there is one outside the gates of kryta, he collectors 4 decayed orr emblems (Obtained from undead near the area). He might give you a +8 energy insted though, but he still has +30 life and +1 fire skill (20%). If you did find one with +10 energy then that is probably the best version of that type. The only flame artifact i know of with +12 energy from a collector is one somewhere in the crystal desert. He gives you "+12 Energy, Req. 9, +Recharge time and +Casting time, both with 20% chance of happening"
